Trama

Il killer professionista Brand Hauser (John Cusack), viene assunto per uccidere un famoso politico (Ben Kingsley), l'uccisione dovrebbe avvenire durante il matrimonio di una famosa popstar bulgara, Yonika Babiak (Hilary Duff). Hauser e Yonika diverranno amici tempo addietro al programmato omicidio, quest'ultima farà capire ad Hauser alcuni concetti dell'amore e della bontà influenzando in qualche modo il risvolto della storia.

Produzione e distribuzione

Le riprese sono iniziate nell'ottobre 2006 e terminate il dicembre dello stesso anno, le principali location sono state fissate a Sofia e a Plovdiv. La presentazione del film doveva tenersi nel settembre 2007 nel corso del Toronto Film Festival.

Il film dovrebbe essere liberato nei cinema il 29 maggio 2008, circolano rumors secondo il quale, la pellicola dovrebbe venire presentata al Sundance Film Festival del 2008, ma la notizia rimane attualmente infondata.

Storyline

The professional killer Brand Hauser (John Cusack), is hired to kill a famous politician (Ben Kingsley), the killing would take place during the marriage of a famous popstar Bulgarian Yonika Babiak (Hilary Duff). Hauser and Yonika become friends long ago planned to murder, it will Hauser to understand some concepts of love and goodness in any way affecting the aspect of history.

Production and distribution

Filming began in October 2006 and ended in December of that year, the main location have been set in Sofia and Plovdiv. The presentation of the film was held in September 2007 in the Corsican the Toronto Film Festival.

The film should be released in cinemas on May 29, 2008, circulating rumors that, the film should be submitted to the Sundance Film Festival 2008, but the news is now unfounded.
